Surgical technique
Endoscopic-like brow lift (temporal lift) through small incisions hidden in the scalp. This minimally invasive technique allows precise repositioning of the tail of the eyebrow with virtually invisible scars and faster recovery.

Recovery
Heavy, drooping brow, tired or sad-looking gaze, upper eyelid skin excess related more to the dropped brow than to the eyelid itself. Surgical temporal lift is the only true treatment for established brow ptosis.

Blepharoplasty treats the eyelid; the brow lift treats the position of the eyebrow. If the eyebrow is drooping, blepharoplasty alone is not always enough. Both procedures can be combined for a harmonious result.
The incisions are short, placed in the scalp, and hidden by the hair. Once healed, they are generally very discreet.
The brow lift mechanically corrects the drooping brow. Botulinum toxin and thread lifts do not replace this correction when ptosis is marked. Botox can remain complementary for expression lines.
The final result is assessed at 3 to 6 months. Average durability is 7 to 10 years, followed by gradual, natural aging.
A temporary decrease in scalp sensitivity is possible and generally recovers within a few weeks to a few months. Permanent effects are exceptional.
